It is no secret that a good night's sleep is important for the repair and rejuvenation of cells through the body. When you have a bad night's sleep, the next day you will probably be dragging at work, having trouble concentrating, feeling out of it and may even have a slower reaction time to that car stopping in front of your while driving.

Getting a good night asleep takes more than just scheduling a consistent bedtime. Creating the right sleep environment (taking into account the light, temperature, and more) is essential for a full night of sleep. Another important factor: what you wear to bed. Comfortable sleeping clothing is essential for a restful sleep. Many women agree that a night dress for ladies is the ultimate in comfort for sleeping.

Cotton
